DATA STORAGE
Formula Automotive stores all client data in the cloud using Box. Box uses enterprise level TLS 1.2 encryption for strong encryption in-transit and 256-bit AES encryption for data at rest.
Box Shield scans content as it is uploaded, shared, previewed, edited, and downloaded (and more) and provides broader coverage for sophisticated malware, including ransomware.
Box is the cloud storage platform used by NASA.

This allows us to safely access client data from anywhere, at any time.
MULTIFACTOR AUTHENTICATION
All Formula Automotive employees use Cisco-Duo for multi-factor authentication that must be used daily in order to access client data.
Duo verifies user identity and device health at every login attempt, providing trusted access to all client data.
VPN
When it is necessary for a Formula Automotive employee to work from a remote location, our team uses an enterprise grade VPN, via Perimeter 81, as an extra layer of security to protect our clients’ data.
CYBER INSURANCE
In the unlikely event of a data breach, Formula Automotive is covered by a comprehensive $5 Million cyber insurance policy.
